This lovely little unit is L shaped with central heating, an open kitchenette and its own toilet. It would be an ideal office for a single operator or a small start-up business.
Rent is £2250/yr plus a service charge of 46.5p/sq ft/yr for communal services.
Blackdown Greenroofs have moved from the Blackdown Hills into 3 Waggon Shed. They supply and install living green surfaces for roofs and other landscapes.
The Upholstery Studio, run by Linda Whatley, has moved into the recently renovated Cider Cellar.
Rent for No. 4 is £2,975/yr, plus the same service charge of 46.5p/sq ft/yr for communal services (water, insurance, security lighting, general upkeep, etc).

4 Waggon Shed is directly above No. 2 and is a bit bigger at 350 sq ft. It has two rooms - above is the main room (with access on the left) and looking through the door to the second room, seen above right. Just under the sloping ceiling is the end of the drive shaft that used to power machinery all through the Mill Buildings. The separate kitchenette and toilet are both off the main room. It could accommodate 2-3 people with ease, so would be ideal for a partnership or small business.
