Flaxdrayton Farm is in beautiful rural South Somerset, surrounded by lush farmland and gentle countryside, and just 1/2 a mile from the A303. South Petherton is 2 miles away, Crewkerne and Ilminster are 5 miles, Yeovil 10 miles and Taunton 16. Both the Paddington and Waterloo lines to London are in easy reach, Bristol Airport is an hour away and Exeter Airport is 40 minutes.

Victorian farmyard range from 210 to 1300 sq ft, and from characterful workshops to comfortable offices, some with outstanding views. Made from the famous honey-coloured Hamstone, and in view of Ham Hill across the River Parrett our farm buildings are arrayed around a courtyard, along with our house and some stables. Andy of Fret & Nut and Steve of Steve's Amps have moved into the Engine Room, under the tall chimney. Andy repairs classic (and other guitars), and Steve repairs original valve (and other) amplifiers - how nice to have music represented directly in the farmyard!
Both units are available as a new lease, with a three-yearly rent review, and with six months notice at any time, giving maximum flexibility.
