Flaxdrayton Farm is in beautiful rural South Somerset, surrounded by lush farmland and gentle countryside, and just 1/2 a mile from the A303. South Petherton is 2 miles away, Crewkerne and Ilminster are 5 miles, Yeovil 10 miles and Taunton 16.  Both the Paddington and Waterloo lines to London are in easy reach, Bristol Airport is an hour away and Exeter Airport is 40 minutes. 

Made from the famous honey-coloured Hamstone our farm buildings are arrayed around a courtyard, along with our house and some stables.  Aided by the wonderful range of tenants who work here, this produces an intimate, vibrant feel and a very friendly atmosphere - there is a lot of cross fertilisation between the tenants, and a spirit of creativity.

  This fabulous unit is one of the nicest in the farmyard and certainly has the best views of Ham Hill from all the windows down its long SE side.

Blooming Divine joins the Flaxdrayton family! 

It's great to announce our newest tenant: the artisan florist 'Blooming Divine', owned by South Petherton local, Suzy Cage, who has moved into the Apple Store, right by the entrance.  Concentrating on weddings and events, Suzy uses British and organic flowers where possible and with this unit has been able to buy flowers direct from the growers, so the flowers are fresher and better quality than ever!

​She also runs courses in the Apple Store and lectures at a local college.  Welcome Suzy!
